Parking is available on the street, although fees may apply. You will also find a TV in the living dining area and partial air-conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months. The property comes equipped with a washing machine for your convenience. However, please note that there is no heating available. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and dishwasher. The property does not offer wheelchair access and events or parties are not permitted. However, children are more than welcome, making this apartment perfect for families! While there is no swimming pool on site, Grado Pineta Italia offers many opportunities for outdoor activities near the rental.
