It has 2 specious bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds, 2 comfortable bathrooms with shower, washing machine, a beautiful well equipped kitchen with peninsula and a living room with TV, sofa, large windows to ensure a magnificent view of the pool. Outside you find a porch with sunbeds and outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, barbecue, large private garden of approximately 800 meters and 2 parking lots. In April the pool will be closed. It will instead be open from the beginning of May until the end of October. 1 pet allowed on request. The extra is 40euros per week to be paid on site. Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00 What is not included in the price: - Tourist tax of 10 euros per apartment per week. - Deposit of 300 euros to pay in cash on arrival
