The attic floor is equipped with air conditioning and consists of a small living room with sofa and television and a double bedroom. The flat is also equipped with a microwave oven and washing machine. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, newsagents, bars, ice-cream parlours, pizzerias and restaurants.
